Brilliant after sales service from Gordon. We purchased 2 folding Batribikes with the centre lcd upgrade. When the centre lcd on one of the bikes would not power on we contacted Gordon. He contacted Batribike who advised that the cables leading to the lcd was the issue. Due to the frame being folded and unfolded it was putting tension on the power cables sometimes causing them to separate at an internal connection point. Batribike advised that slightly longer cables were now available. Gordon did a temporary fix and showed us how to do the same if it happened again prior to cable replacement. He then arranged to call us when the new cables arrived and book the bikes back in for repair. Good communication and great customer service. Would highly recommend a visit to Easygo electric bikes in Linlithgow to anyone considering buying an electric bike. It’s obvious that Gordon takes great pride in providing great after sales service.
