I was looking to purchase an e-bike so contacted my local retailer, Easygo Electric Bikes in Linlithgow. A Covid safe appointment was made with Gordon, who gave great service from start to finish. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions. The result was a new Haibike. Gordon called me on the day of collection to let me know he was preparing the bike and confirmed a pick-up appointment. I cannot praise him highly enough. Thank-you for a very enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend Gordon and Easygo and will almost certainly use again. Brilliant service!
