We do not carry out any warranty work for bikes not purchased though ourselves.

WE ONLY SERVICE AND REPAIR eBIKES THAT ARE FULLY COMPLIANT WITH THE EPAC REGULATIONS. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING eBIKES AND BRANDS ONLY: RALEIGH, HAIBIKE, BATRIBIKE, LAPIERRE, GOCYCLE, BOSCH, YAMAHA (depending on model), SHIMANO, PROMOVEC & MAHLE.

WE DO NOT REPAIR OR SERVICE ANY “CUSTOMISED”, “TAMPERED ” OR NON-COMPLIANT eBIKES.
